All of our prices include standard next working day delivery (Monday to Friday) to the mainland UK. To utilise next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm. If an order comes through after 2pm it will take two working days to be delivered.
When the courier has attempted a delivery and no-one is available they will leave a card. This will contain the local depot telephone number and the consignment number. Most depots will automatically re-attempt delivery the next working day. If they still can’t deliver they will hold the parcel at the depot for approximately two days while they wait for a call from the recipient. If there is no contact they will return the parcel to us. When a parcel is returned to us you will be credited for the gift minus the cost of the initial courier charge. A second delivery charge will be applicable for incorrect delivery address details when our courier is unable to deliver correctly.
UK Non-mainland Delivery
If your order needs to be delivered to a destination not on the UK mainland, please call us on 01483 813773 for a delivery charge quote.
International customers
We do not currently deliver orders to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, however non-UK residents may purchase gifts to be delivered to an address in the UK.
We do not deliver on Sundays or any national and bank holidays.
The checkout includes a date picker so you can specify what date you want your orders to arrive on.
